Reporting

Reports are documents that show data (analysis, statistics, etc), which are contained in the application.

The Genius Server provides report generation in different formats (.pdf, .xls, .cvs, .tsb). These reports contain information about device counters, authentication identities, prints and MFP devices.

In this section it is possible to configure parameters about the creation of reports.

Base

• Enable: if checked, the creation of reports is enabled.

• Binary folder path: the path of the folder which contains the reports' binary data. To verify the path, press the Check button. If The folder does not exist, the field becomes red.

• Template base folder: the folder which contains graphics resources that are needed for the creation of a report sheet. To verify the path, press the Check button. If the folder does not exist, the field becomes red.

• Execution thread pool size: the number of threads that are involved in the reports creation.

• Tenant base folder path: the path of the folder for the tenant based reporting.

[Advanced] Security

• Multitenant security extension mode: if checked, the multitenant security extension mode is enabled.

Hint

Do not forget to click on Save to save the changes. When everything in the config tool is configured, the Genius Server needs to be restarted.
