Accounting (Conf)

Base

  • Accounting enabled: if checked the accounting features is enabled.

  • Anonymization enabled: if checked, the anonymization is enabled.

  • Multiple device type [Advanced]: if checked, the multiple device type creation for every detected counter is enabled. This means, that a new device type with the same prefix as already existing device types will be created if the new type has a different set of counters. A new set of counters might be caused by a firmware update or by registering multiple devices with different counters (e.g., pure b/w devices vs. color & b/w devices). It is not recommended to consolidate those types again by reassigning some devices to the old type and deleting the new one. If this setting is unchecked, old device types are "recycled" to register new devices.

  • Standard paper size series [Advanced]: the paper size, select your standard paper size. At the moment the possible sizes are:

    • International.

    • North american.

  • Post counters detection [Advanced]: if checked, it enables counters for writing devices data on the accounting table.

  • ETL execution query page size [Advanced]: accounting execution query page size.

  • Accounting ETL execution cron [Advanced]: the scheduling time to execute an accounting ETL. To modify it, press the Edit button, enter the cron expression and press Save to confirm. For further details about the cron expression, refer to Cron Trigger Tutorial (Quartz Cron).

  • Accounting ETL max duration [Advanced]: max duration in minutes of ETL accounting.

  • ETL report search max results [Advanced]: the maximum number of results on ETL research. It is the pivot table, and specifies how many records are managed in the report.

Delete old accounting data

Settings regarding the deletion of the accounting sessions data.

  • Delete old data: if checked, the deletion of old data is enabled.

  • Delete older than: number of days after which an accounting session data are deleted.

  • Delete accounting max duration [Advanced]: the duration of the deletion. It must be accomplished before the next ETL execution starts.

ETL is a configuration which uses rough data to build information used in the pivot table.

Contingent

Using this section, users can configure printing costs.

  • Enabled: if checked, it enables the contingent engine.

  • Refund watchdog cron: how often the costs are checked. To modify it, press the Edit button, enter the cron expression and press Save to confirm. For further details about the cron expression, refer to Cron Trigger Tutorial (Quartz Cron).

  • Contingent currency: the reference currency which can be:

    • AUD: Australian Dollar

    • CAD: Canadian Dollar

    • CHF: Swiss Franc

    • DKK: Danish Krone

    • EUR: Euro

    • JPY: Japanese Yen

    • GBP: British Pound Sterling

    • NOK: Norwegian Krone

    • SEK: Swedish Krona

    • USD: US Dollar

    • UNIT: one unit

Contingent Credit Exhausted: Email to User

Use this subsection for customizing the emails that users receive when their credit is exhausted.

  • Subject: a list of templates for email subject.

  • Body: a list of templates for email body.

Contingent Credit Exhausted: Email to Administrator

Use this subsection for customizing the emails that the administrator receives when a user's credit is exhausted.

  • Subject: a list of email subject templates.

  • Body: a list of email body templates.

Remote Accounting

  • Remote accounting: if checked, the remote accounting is enabled.

  • ETL execution cron [Advanced]: the scheduling time to execute an ETL. To modify it, press the Edit button, enter the cron expressio and press Save to confirm. For further details about the cron expression, refer to Cron Trigger Tutorial (Quartz Cron).

  • Anonymization [Advanced]: if checked, the remote accounting anonymization is enabled.

  • Anonymization document [Advanced]: if checked, the remote accounting anonymization document is enabled.

  • Query page size [Advanced]: the remote accounting ETL execution query page size.

  • Remote accounting regex blacklist [Advanced]: regular expression used by the remote accounting to remove devices from processing.

[Advanced] Remote Accounting Delete

  • Delete remote accounting: if checked, the delete remote accounting is checked.

  • Older than days: it deletes data older than the specified value in days.

To save, press the Save Changes button and then Back.
